Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Professional will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle recruitment process for global headquarters positions and cross Business Unit functional positions (HR, Legal and Finance). This includes collaborating with HR professionals from all Ferrovial business units on developing sourcing strategies, building relationships with key stakeholders and hiring managers and providing insights on relevant trends to drive continuous improvement in talent acquisition practices.
This role requires a proactive approach to identifying staffing needs, identifying potential synergies and implementing effective solutions to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal & relationship skills, have a passion for data and collaborate effectively across departments and geographies in a global & multicultural environment to ensure successful hiring outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Full lifecycle recruiting, including recruitment strategy, pipeline creation, job postings, resume screening, candidates scheduling, interviewing, coordinating technical assessments, extending offers and reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate on defining, developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet current and future staffing needs.
- Foster a culture of exceptional candidate experience, ensuring that all external and internal job applicants have the best candidate journey possible and receive timely updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, talent teams members, and external partners such as colleges or universities, professional organizations and other recruitment agencies.
- Serve as a company ambassador at recruitment fairs, university events, industry trade shows and other opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on defining the candidate profile, best practices for interviewing, selection and onboarding new employees.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes and implement innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Track and report metrics, with a focus on process improvement and optimization.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends in talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Collaborate with Human Resources teams and hiring managers to understand strategic plans, organizational needs and develop talent attraction and talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals.
- Participate in special projects or other HR related assignments as required by the Company’s growth and new HR initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state and local employment laws and regulations.
- Perform other job-related duties as necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent acquisition within multinational companies with demonstrable expertise in full life cycle recruitment, talent attraction strategies and university relations.
- High-volume recruiting experience of technical and professional level positions required.
- Proven track record of success in project management and in developing and executing comprehensive talent attraction and recruitment strategies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
- Experience interfacing with all levels of leadership and staff in a corporate environment.
- Skills: collaboration, communication, active listening, emotional intelligence, data analysis and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), knowledge of Workday preferred.
- Fluent level of spoken and written English is required. Spanish language skills preferred.
