About the Role: We’re looking for a strategic and innovative Director of Growth Marketing to expand our audience, drive high-quality leads, and maximize the effectiveness of our marketing channels. This role is critical in fueling the growth of our coaching programs, events, and resources.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy that spans paid media, SEO, web, events, and other performance channels to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
  • Manage a sizable marketing budget with a focus on maximizing ROI and achieving efficient LTV/CAC ratios.
  • Build a sustainable, scalable, and repeatable demand generation engine that aligns with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of full-funnel, omni-channel marketing campaigns, including A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and user experience design.
  • Partner with product, creative, and account management teams to develop customer-centric strategies and ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Work closely with data, finance, and technology teams to enhance marketing attribution, forecasting, and ROI measurement.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, ensuring their professional growth aligns with organizational objectives.

Who You Are:

  • 8 years of marketing experience, with a focus on demand generation.
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing and leading high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven track record of scaling marketing strategies and achieving measurable results in high-growth companies.
  • Expertise in martech tools, marketing analytics, and multi-platform integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Experience managing large budgets and optimizing marketing investments for maximum ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across all levels, including executives and board members.
  • Bonus: Experience in SaaS, marketplace, and/or the real estate industry.

Salary : $140,000 - $160,000
