Job Summary
TheSenior Director of Growth Marketing - Enterprise Segmentis responsible for developing and executing full-funnel marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role will lead digital marketing efforts, oversee testing initiatives, and optimize marketing performance across multiple channels, includingpaid Search, display, social media, and emerging platforms for Enterprise Partners. The Senior Director will collaborate cross-functionally with product marketing, creative, UX, etc. to align marketing strategies with business objectives while managing multi-million-dollar budgets and external agency relationships.
This leadership position requires adata-driven mindset, strong strategic acumen, and hands-on expertise in performance marketing, making it ideal for a growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties and Responsibilities Description
Growth Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implementfull-funnel marketing strategiesto enhance brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Drivetesting initiatives and optimization strategiesto improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives and revenue goals.
Digital Marketing & Performance Optimization:
- Overseemulti-channel digital marketing campaigns, includingpaid search, display (prospecting, retargeting, remarketing), social media, paid aggregators, and emerging channels.
- Monitor and optimize performance across theentire marketing and enrollment funnel, including engagement, front-end and back-end conversion metrics.
- Track and analyzekey performance indicators (KPIs)to ensure data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement
Branding & Lead Generation
- Manage branding and positioning strategiesfor the enterprise segment, ensuring strong market presence.
- Develop and overseelead generation campaignsto drive high-quality inquiries and applications.
- Implementvisuals and content/messaging strategiesthat align with audience insights and market trends
Team & Partnership Leadership
- Support management of multiplemedia partnersand an internal team to ensure delivery on all KPIs.
- Build and mentor ahigh-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Serve as aleader and subject matter expert, presenting key insights to cross-functional leadership.
Budget & Forecasting
- Manage amulti-million-dollar marketing budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Supportforecasting, performance modeling, and trend analysis, working closely with manager and cross-functional leaders.
- Providedata-backed recommendationsto optimize marketing spend and maximize ROI.
Education Level
- Bachelors - Marketing, Business, related field or Master's Degree in related field.
Experience Level
- 7 Years of experience on managing and implementing digital and multi-channel marketing plans
Licenses & Certifications
- Google Ads Certification - demonstates proficiency in Google Ads, including search, display and video.
- Mets (Facebook) Blueprint Certification - Expertise in Facebook and Instagram advertising, including audience targeting and measurement.
