We are searching for a Full-Time Lead Phlebotomist with great patient service skills. This position will support several of our locations. Floating to different offices will be required to assist with training. The pay range for this position is between $20-$22 / hr.
The Phlebotomist will promote the company’s mission, goals and performance standards for the phlebotomy lab. This position will possess an understanding of all fundamental phlebotomy procedures assuring compliance for all policies and protocols are followed. This position will work with our clinical staff to ensure patient needs are addressed promptly and accurately.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
Phlebotomy lab :
Additional patient care tasks :
Keep phlebotomy lab and other clinical areas clean and stocked.
Computers and Clerical tasks :
FCI requires all applicants to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 after commencing employment. New hires will be required to furnish proof of full vaccination prior to their start date. There may be alternative for an approved exemption based on bona fide medical or religious grounds.
Salary : $20 - $22
