Under the direction of the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will manage and drive improvement in financial reporting, planning and analysis.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of long-range plans, annual plans, and quarterly forecasts
Perform weekly cash flow analysis and forecasting
Prepare financial reports comparing actual results against budgets and prior year results
Serve as the key analytical role supporting strategy and planning
Develop KPI's and monitor progress against a reporting dashboard
Ad Hoc projects involving analysis and reporting
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
3 years of business experience with significant forecasting, planning and analysis experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to build relationships with other parts of the business
Strong business acumen and judgment
Ability to simplify and communicate financial issues with non-finance business partners
Proficient in Microsoft Office products; expertise in MS Excel
CMA, CSCA, CPA, or MBA preferred
Great Plains/Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
Ability to stand, walk, sit for extended periods of time
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Professional presence is required
Occasional travel may be required
