What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kitchen Team Member position at Festive Board Catering?
Possible Responsibilities:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the direction of the kitchen supervisor
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen area
- Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Follow all safety and health regulations
- Adhere to proper food handling and storage procedures
- Greet customers and fulfill MTO orders
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and portioning food items
- Familiarity with retail math concepts for handling cash transactions
