Job Summary
Are you a talented and enthusiastic Floral Designer with a passion for creating stunning floral arrangements? We're looking for someone like you to join our creative team! As a Creative Floral Designer Extraordinaire, you'll have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from everyday bouquets to extravagant event centerpieces.
Responsibilities
Floral Design:
Let your creativity shine as you design and create a variety of floral arrangements, from daily delivery bouquets to wedding bouquets and event centerpieces.
Bring customer requests to life with personalized designs that capture their unique style and preferences.
Ensure the quality and freshness of all floral creations, because every petal counts!
Floral Processing and Care:
Handle incoming flower shipments with care and attention to detail.
Keep our flowers looking fresh and beautiful by properly caring for and preparing them for design.
Retail Support:
Provide friendly and helpful customer service to our retail customers, making their flower-buying experience a delight.
Assist with packaging floral arrangements to make sure they're ready for gifting.
Event & Wedding Support:
Work alongside our lead designer to create stunning floral arrangements for weddings and special events.
Pitch in with on-site event setup and installation, if needed.
Qualifications
Experience: Got 2 years of floral design experience under your belt? We want to hear from you!
Passionate about flowers and have a knack for design? You're our kind of Creative Floral Designer Extraordinaire.

- Employment Status & At-Will: This is an at-will position, meaning either the employee or Festivities may terminate employment at any time, with or without cause, in accordance with applicable laws.
- Harassment & Workplace Conduct: Festivities maintains a respectful, harassment-free workplace. All employees are expected to adhere to company policies, and any concerns will be promptly addressed per state and federal guidelines.
- Background Checks & Driving Requirements: A valid driver's license and clean driving record may be required for job-related travel. Employment is contingent upon passing any necessary background checks.
