Fettig Jobs is a well-known and respected family-owned staffing agency serving West Michigan with four locations. We are looking for a highly energetic, motivated individual to join our team as a Recruiter / Account Manager. Ideal candidates are driven to meet customer and associate needs, team oriented, and fun to be around.
As a Recruiter / Account Manager, you will work in our Grand Rapids office. Your primary role is to source and recruit qualified applicants for the manufacturing industry. You will also partner with our customers to support their staffing needs.
Candidates with backgrounds in Human Resources, Inside Sales, Account Management, Customer Service, Education, Retail, and Restaurant work have all done well in this role!
Recruiters / Account Manager are paid a base salary, plus commission for recruiting efforts. Standard salary averages between $60K - $80K per year.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify candidates for open positions using job boards, postings, and other referral sources
- Call and Recruit applicants
- Interview and identify candidates’ skill sets
- Job Offer and promote jobs to qualified candidates
- Provide exceptional Customer Service to applicants and associates
- Schedule interviews at Fettig Jobs and customer sites
- Maintain accurate records for associates
- Manage Accounts by maintaining relationships with existing customers
- Keep candidate and customer information up to date in recruitment software
- Work with Sales, Operations and Human Resources to ensure timely communication with our customers and associates
Requirements:
- Able to work from our office downtown Grand Rapids
- Attention to detail
- High level of customer service and professionalism
- Multitasking and time management skills
- Strong communicator – written and verbal
