Purpose of Your Job Position
The primary purpose of the job position is to implement required housekeeping procedures in an efficient, cost effective manner meeting all federal, state, and local requirements while providing a safe environment for our residents.
Delegation of Authority
As Housekeeper, you are delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.

Meet with Administrator as needed to assist in identifying and correcting problem areas, and/or improvement of services
Report all complaints and grievances made by the resident.
Follows established personnel policies according to employee handbook as well as established policies and procedures.
Report absenteeism/call-ins to the Administrator.
Develop and maintain a good working rapport with inter-departmental personnel, as well as other departments within the facility to ensure that services and activities can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the residents.
Attends facility and corporate departmental meetings as required.
Complies with dress code.
Wears name tag while in the facility.
Maintains current immunization record.
