Job Summary

Duties
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing, etc.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs; steam clean carpets as needed
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms and kitchens
- Make beds and change linens as required
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and notify when running low
- Handle customer inquiries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial or residential cleaning
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks independently
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills:
- Carpet cleaning experience
- Cooking skills for occasional meal preparation
- Familiarity with housekeeping management practices
