Job Summary :
Our client is seeking a proactive and client-focused& Customer Success Manager & with a strong background in SaaS, hospitality, or proptech industries. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in API integration, upselling, and cross-selling. They will act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their success while identifying opportunities to expand the value of the company’s offerings.
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Engagement : & Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
- API Integration : & Assist clients in seamlessly connecting and utilizing APIs for their property management needs.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling : & Identify and promote additional solutions to existing clients to enhance their operations.
- Onboarding and Training : & Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the platform’s offerings.
- Support Visits : & Occasionally visit client locations to provide hands-on support, training, and relationship-building.
- Feedback Loop : & Collaborate with internal teams to provide client feedback and influence product development.
