Role Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced AI Agents designed to exceed human performance
- Enhance the capabilities and usability of our AI Agent framework, with a focus on scalability, ease of configuration, and control
- Build AI Agents with the ability to write or extend AI frameworks where necessary, rather than relying on existing, new AI agent frameworks
- Lead the expansion of our roster of off-the-shelf AI Agents and AI Agent capabilities to enable rapid deployment and scaling
- Collaborate closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to deliver AI Agent improvements
- Design and build automated analytics to measure outcomes across thousands of AI Agent conversations to quantify performance and opportunities for improvement
- Act as a thought partner to the founders on technical strategy and team scaling
- Mentor and guide future engineers, helping them grow and fostering a collaborative team environment
- Increase the percentage of leads converted by our AI Agent compared to human sales agents
- Reduce the time required to configure and launch AI Agent for each client
- Ensure each client’s AI Agent meets pre-defined business KPIs
- 5 years of experience in hands on keys software Engineering
- Very strong Python skills
- Looking for an individual contributor opportunity (not a leadership role)
- An expert in building applications using Python (bonus: Familiarity and interest in AI Agent frameworks like Langchain, Autogen, or LlamaIndex)
- Engineering experience in early-stage startups (VC-backed, seed or pre-seed), or in hyper-growth Series A and above
- Able to work with customer requirements and specifications, delivering end-to-end solutions
- Excellent verbal communicator, who excels at crafting clear prompts (bonus: Experience with prompt engineering)
- Growth mindset - a quick learner with the ability to adopt new frameworks or build custom solutions when necessary
- Demonstrated excellence (won a competition, founded a company, academic honors, etc.)
- CS degree or similar from a top-tier university (Stanford, Ivies, MIT, CMU, etc.)
