About the Position:
The IT Support Specialist II is responsible for providing intermediate-level technical support for electronic systems including databases, software, operating systems, personal computing devices, and business equipment. This role manages escalations from our staff either from MSP or internal support, coordinates with external vendors, and ensures system functionality according to company standards.
Essential Duties:
- Provides advanced laptop provisioning and user onboarding support.
- Manages IT asset inventory, deployment, and secure disposal.
- Troubleshoots software and hardware issues; escalate complex issues as needed.
- Process and fulfill system access requests, including new hire setups and access changes.
- Administers core systems such as Office 365, Active Directory, Windows OS, NuPoint Core and more
- Acts as a liaison with external vendors and IT management service providers.
- Communicates system updates, outages, and maintenance schedules.
- Ensures documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Supports internal security practices by responding to managed security alerts.
- Participates in IT-related projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Assures compliance with all Bank policies, procedures and processes, and all applicable state and federal banking laws, rules, and regulations, and adheres to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) responsibilities that are specific to the position.
- Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time, including mandatory Bank Compliance Training; supports the Bank’s goals and values; benefits the bank through outside activities.

Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Proficient in supporting Microsoft technologies (Azure AD, Windows Server, Exchange, Teams, Office 365).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A , Network , or Microsoft certifications.
