Who You Are :
A highly professional, detail-oriented sales expert with exceptional customer service skills.
Passionate about helping clients find the perfect solutions without pushing a personal design agenda.
Skilled at building long-term relationships with discerning customers, especially designers.
Comfortable working in a high-end service or retail environment and interacting with discerning clientele.
Excited about learning—no upholstery experience required, but an appreciation for craftsmanship and design is a plus!
What You'll Do :
Close Sales & Consult with Clients – Guide customers through fabric and design selections for a wide range of upholstery and window treatment projects, ensuring an exceptional, white-glove experience. You will partner with our Operations and Workroom team to implement every detail of your projects.
Work with Interior Designers – Be the point of contact for design professionals, helping them bring their creative visions to life through our bespoke craftsmanship.
In-Store & On-Site Visits – Work both at our showroom in Hilliard and travel to client sites as needed to provide personalized service. Our workroom is on site, so you will interact with our upholsterers and sewists directly.
Manage Sales Processes – Maintain records, follow up with clients, and ensure seamless order processing for residential and interior design segments.
Uphold Our Standards – Represent Upheld with professionalism, integrity, and a deep commitment to quality and long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For :
Experience in luxury sales, high-end customer service, or a related field.
An ability to sell with confidence while also providing a consultative experience.
Strong attention to detail and an ability to juggle multiple high-end client needs.
Excellent communication skills —both in-person and via email / phone.
A team player who thrives in a collaborative, high-expectation environment.
Flexibility to travel to client locations when needed (mostly within the greater Columbus area).
