Sales and Marketing Admin

FFR is a leader in providing revenue cycle management services, specifically third-party collections, to our national clients. FFR specializes in medical and education debt collection, however we serve multiple industries. We continue to invest in the most recent technologies which allow us to serve consumers with multiple channels of communication and meet them where they want to communicate whether it be phone, email, texting, or live chat. With the utilization of automation and customized payment options, we go above and beyond to close the final phase of revenue management for all our clients.

Our agency is growing, and we are looking for a reliable, well-organized Sales & Marketing Administrator to ensure all accounts are prepped for our collection department to be successful in recovering the accounts along with providing general support to the Collection team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter and update lead and client information into the CRM system
  • Update existing leads and client accounts with marketing information
  • Ensure all data is kept current and organized for easy retrieval and analysis
  • Ensure that all signed contracts are scanned and filed appropriately
  • Ensure all sales and marketing processes and instructions are kept up to date
  • Focusing on FFR’s target markets and with given criteria, identify new lead opportunities and enter into CRM
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making with minimal direction.
  • Take the initiative to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to team and company growth.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment, consistently meeting deadlines and adapting to changing priorities.

· Additional administrative tasks as needed.

Experience:

· Previous experience in working with database entry and maintenance

· Familiarity with sales and marketing basic practices

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ideal Candidate:

  • Quick to adapt to new challenges and motivated to meet goals in a rapidly changing environment.
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls throughout the workday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
