Mission
Commissioning and parameterization of welding timers for resistance welding , laser technology , MIG / MAG technology , gluing technology , and cold joining applications such as screwing and clinching.
Ensure the quality of the product by managing parameters and processes to meet customer acceptance criteria.
Work in compliance with the standards set by our clients, including BMW , Magna , GM , and others.
Evaluate the quality of joining processes through destructive and non-destructive analysis.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution from start to final customer acceptance.
Profile
Strong experience in joining technologies with hands-on expertise in commissioning and parameterization.
Knowledge of robotic programming (Fanuc, ABB, Kuka, etc.) is highly advantageous.
Familiarity with customer standards and processes for major clients in the automotive industry.
Experience in quality evaluation through various testing methods for welding and joining applications.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site to meet project requirements.
