Job Description:

Essential Duties:
- Responsible for answering all incoming calls on the MAR NOW line
- Collects all required demographic information from the caller and documents caller information in a timely and accurate manner, using established FGC procedures
- Educates patients on the available services such as home induction (buprenorphine), in-person induction (methadone and buprenorphine), withdrawal management (detox) and residential treatment services
- Serves as the liaison between the callers and healthcare provider to facilitate quick access to callers’ preferred form of medication for the treatment of opioid use disorder
- Conducts all necessary caller follow-up contacts, following established FGC protocols
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule: Monday - Friday (3:00p - 11:30p)

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience: Associate Degree is preferred; A minimum of 1 year experience with substance abuse treatment preferred; Proven work experience as a Care Manager or similar role preferred.
