The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who excels in coaching, performance management, and data-driven decision-making while maintaining strong relationships with employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities :
Team Coaching and Leadership
- Provide hands-on coaching and mentoring to location managers and team members to improve performance and achieve business goals.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities, including customer service, sales techniques, and operational standards.
