Job Description:

****$1,000 SIGN ON BONUS****
1st $500.00: after 30 days of employment
2nd $500.00: after 6 months of employment
Essential Duties:
· Complete requested Uniform Reports for the courts on individuals in and out of custody.
· Complete Secretary of State DUI reports, Investigative Evaluations, Treatment Needs Assessments, and DUI Status Reports.
· Administer any DUI Questionnaires needed for clients.
· Assist clients in completion of any Denial Responses.
· Complete Requested Treatment Verification Forms and Requested Out of State DUI Evaluations.
· Conduct Individual Sessions on Relapse Prevention Counseling as needed for Secretary of State Hearings. Conduct Drug Risk Education.
Schedule: Monday - Friday (10:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $28.00 per hour
Location: 2400 Glenwood Ave., Joliet, IL

Experience and Skills:
Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma / GED required; Experience in/with substance use, detox programs, medication-assisted treatment, behavioral healthcare and/or community relations encouraged to apply.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: IAODAPCA
Certified Alcohol and Other Drugs Counselor (CADC), Completion of DUI
Service Provider Orientation, Completion of DUI and Denial Trainings.
