Required Skills and Qualifications:
Applicants should hold a minimum 2-year degree in laboratory science, food technology, or a related field. Related experience in food quality assurance roles will also be considered. A working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and food safety compliance is essential, along with solid computer proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. AIB or other food industry training is beneficial.
