Responsibilities: As an Industrial Sanitation Specialist at FGF Brands, your primary responsibilities will include cleaning food manufacturing production equipment, understanding and following all assigned tasks, and adhering to safety requirements. You will also need to continually meet service and cleaning levels, inspect equipment for conformity to federal and state sanitation laws, and perform wash downs for change overs and shut downs. Additionally, you will maintain building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them, deposit waste into designated containers, and empty trash cans. Moreover, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations and providing direction to your team to achieve these goals.
In order to succeed in this role, you must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, stand on your feet for extended periods, and be physically active while working on a ladder or at heights.
You should also have strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand and follow verbal or written communications.
