What are the responsibilities and job description for the BUSINESS DATA ANALYST position at FH Cann & Associates?
The business analyst for collections and call center will be responsible for analyzing, providing recommendations for improvement on the efficiency and effectiveness of FHCs collection and call center operations. This role will work closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to provide actionable insights, improve data driven decision making, optimizing Key Performance Indicators to enhance both operational efficiency, client satisfaction and customer experience. Essential Functions Perform daily function on Excel, CRM systems FHC leverages in each division, and additional resources to monitor, compile, analyze, and maintain data. Generate standard or custom reports summarizing operation oversight, financial analysis, key performance indicator data for review by operation executives and directors. Create and maintain dashboards for key metrics for each respective division, including summarized overviews for those metrics. Synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action Identify and analyze industry or geographic trends with business strategy implications Create business intelligence tools, excel models, including design of related databases, spreadsheets, or outputs. Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights for management and other stake holders Provide feedback on data trends and collaborate with executive member and teams to understand workflows and identify weaknesses Provide recommendations in technology to capture data in a seamless approach Competencies & Skills Proficient in data analysis for reporting tools such as (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Certifications in Microsoft Excel (Certified), Microsoft Data Analysis (Certified), an Advance Excel Formulas & Functions Proficient in mathematics and quantitative analysis Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Critical Thinking Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems. Active Learning Understanding the implications of new information for both current and future problem-solving and decision-making.
