The Packaging Industry is estimated to be a $9 billion industry in 2021. FH Packaging aims to capitalize within the primary packaging sector, mainly bottles, caps, jars, etc.
With a 200,000 sq ft manufacturing facility in China, FH Packaging sets itself apart from other competitors by controlling the manufacturing and distribution process. Competitive pricing & faster lead times.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team driven & fast moving company. Training will be provided within a 90 day probation period. However, ongoing training will still be provided after probation, in the form of weekly one-on-one’s as well as sales team manager intervention.
Job Description:
First 30 days
- Get trained on the FH Packaging sales process. Learn how to properly qualify & engage outbound leads.
- Start outreach on outbound leads as well as inbound leads.
- Shadow fellow sales representatives & work directly under an appointed sales team manager.
- Learn about our products and services.
First 60 days
- Start building your client base. Our business model is based on recurring orders, the more clients you have the more orders you will receive on a monthly basis.
- Understand how to discover & uncover larger opportunities.
First 90 days
- Have a deeper understanding of the FH Packaging sales model.
- Be proficient in reaching out to new opportunities & close deals.
- Take the company final exam.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and New Business Development: Actively identify potential new customers, qualify leads, and build relationships to secure new business through consultative selling approaches.
- Account Management:Manage existing customer accounts by understanding their packaging needs, proactively offering solutions, and maintaining strong relationships to maximize sales and customer loyalty.
- Sales Cycle Management:Develop accurate proposals, negotiate pricing, and close deals while ensuring compliance with company policies and contractual terms.
- Product Expertise:Possess in-depth knowledge of Berlin Packaging's product portfolio, including various types of containers, closures, labels, and dispensing systems, to effectively recommend solutions to customers.
- Customer Needs Analysis:Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to identify pain points and tailor packaging solutions that address their specific requirements.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams:Work closely with internal departments like sourcing, design, and customer service to ensure seamless execution of sales orders and customer support.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Track sales performance, maintain accurate CRM data, and provide regular updates on sales pipeline and forecasts to management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in consultative selling within a B2B environment, ideally in the packaging industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, negotiation tactics, and account management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and effectively present solutions.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, identify opportunities, and develop customized packaging solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
- Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Commission (1-3% sales revenue)
- High Bonus payouts (up to $28,000 within the first 12 months)
- No commission cap
- Opportunity to grow and train your own team. More lucrative bonus & commission payouts. Minimum 12 month employment.
