Job Summary:
As an Inside Sales Rep, you'll generate leads, make outbound/cold calls, close deals, and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and promote products.
Maintain strong customer relationships.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Spot new market opportunities.
Deliver outstanding customer service.
Stay updated on industry trends.
Assist Sales and Marketing as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus).
Proven inside sales experience. (6-18 months)
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Exceptional customer service abilities.
Proficient with CRM software.

Compensation up to $20/hr depending on experience and commission. This role requires 5 days a week, in our Simi Valley office.
