Hourly Base plus Uncapped Commissions: $60,000 to $80,000 expected earnings

As an inside sales representative, you will field inbound and outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our customer acquisition efforts. To be successful in this role, you must be personable, organized, and performance-driven.

What You'll Do:
Build rapport and trust with potential customers and generate consultation appointments for our outside sales department
Handle inbound prospects from a variety of marketing sources to include: TV, Radio, Facebook, SEO, and direct mail
Place outbound calls to highly qualified leads that convert as high as 40% - no more cold calls
Manage leads by tracking, following up, and setting appointments to achieve sales and productivity objectives
Weekend schedule flexibility needed, M-F 11pm to 7pm
What You'll Bring:
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a performance-driven environment
Must be tech-savvy and familiar with data entry and Microsoft Office
Ability to speak with prospects with confidence and multitask on systems
Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality
High energy and willingness to learn
Attention to detail
High School Diploma or Equivalent
