Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and promoting our suite of cutting-edge technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development – Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our target market particularly targeting brokers, market makers, clearing firms and trading organizations.
- Client Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
- Sales Strategy – Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
- Product Expertise – Develop and maintain a deep understanding of FIA Tech's products and services and effectively communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
- Market Analysis – Know your market. Be aware of industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential areas for growth.
- Sales Presentations – Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
- Negotiation – Work with Sales leadership to manage negotiations and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, product development, client operations and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Reporting – Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and performance metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience – Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the financial services or fintech industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge – Sound understanding of the futures industry and post-trade processes. Knowledge of commodities trading is of particular interest.
- Sales Skills – Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
- Communication – Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Networking – Established network of contacts within the financial services sector.
- Education – bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Technical Aptitude – Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technology solutions.
- Travel – Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Salary Range: 130-150K plus commissions
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
