Manufacturing Operator–1st shift

FMI, a Spirit AeroSystems Company, is seeking a 1st shift Manufacturing Operator to be based in their Biddeford, Maine location.

Requirements of the Manufacturing Operator:

· High school diploma or GED

· Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail

· Production / Manufacturing experience preferred

· Basic math aptitude

· Ability to obtain a U.S. clearance

Benefits of the Job:

· Hourly pay of $20/hr

· Weekends off

· $1,000 bonus paid within 30 days of hire

Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Operator:

· Operates Loom equipment with needle making and sewing

· Performs detailed visual and quality inspections of the loom, parts, and materials

· Loads and unloads equipment with proper tools and technique

· Observes and records equipment temperature readings
