Job Description
Sorting product that has been deemed as possibly being defective and separate the acceptable product from the non-acceptable product.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
Education/Experience:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand (extended periods of time); use hands to handle, or feel, and reach/lift with hands and arms.
The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; stoop, kneel, bend over, crouch, or crawl, and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to cold, hot wet and/or humid factory conditions not limited to working outside in the cold and heat; moving mechanical parts and vibration. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high

Job Description
Sorting product that has been deemed as possibly being defective and separate the acceptable product from the non-acceptable product.
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but not limited to the following:
- Sorts, packages, and binds acceptable product.
- Able to use tools such as calipers and tape measures to properly measure the product.
- Able to use banding tools and band cutters to repackage the product.
- Understands schedules and daily reporting forms.
- Able to learn the different defects of the products, good eyesight
- Able to stand for long periods
- Able to work 8 hour shifts in varying temperatures inside and outside.
- Able to operate some machinery such as saws
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, sweeping and dusting
- Able to work overtime if needed and weekends
- Able to wear eye protection, ear protection and protective shoe wear
- Forklift operation
- Must be able to use computer and RF gun
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to read and write
- Experience using computers and Excel
- Industrial manufacturing experience preferred
- Willing to be trained to drive a forklift
- Wears proper PPE when and where required.
- Must have basic math skills
- Reasonable interpersonal skills
- Able to work as a team member with a diverse workforce
- Must be able to see different shades of color and patterns
