Now, we’re looking for motivated individuals—from trainee to assistant consultant level—to join our growing team as Engineering Design Consultants.

What You’ll Do

• Create designs for new fiber and wireless construction projects.
• Optimize existing designs for cost-effectiveness and functionality.
• Develop accurate cost projections to guide decision-making, contracts, and construction.
• Generate field maps for staking and inspection.
• Gather and analyze data on poles, utilities, and other critical infrastructure.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, products, and technologies.

• Tech-savviness: You’re comfortable with Microsoft Office and quick to learn new software.
• Detail-oriented: You have a high level of accuracy and keep track of the small stuff.
• Adaptable: You’re flexible, resourceful, and great at solving problems on the fly.
• Up for adventure: You’re open to traveling up to 10-15% for industry events, customer visits, and more.
• Driven: You show initiative, eager to build a career in a fast-growing field.

(No experience with GIS or CAD? We can teach you!)

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with GIS software, CAD, Arc, or SQL
• Hands-on experience with Bills of Materials, Engineering Change Notices, or other engineering documentation
• Customer-facing skills—strong communication abilities with both customers and vendors
