Job Description:
FIBERTEK, INC. is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Program Manager at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD.
This role involves overseeing all aspects of managing a team of program and technical management specialists in various domains including planning, budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, manpower assessments, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.
The ideal candidate will have 15 years of experience managing Government programs, with six years in a supervisory capacity. A degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, but may be substituted with seven years of experience.
The successful candidate will also possess proficiency in MS Office, PowerPoint, and MS Project. Additionally, they should have active DoD clearance and US citizenship. Experience dealing with military logistics and Position/Navigation and Timing equipment is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-level program management, budgeting, and scheduling
- Manage, direct, and coordinate planning and implementation of contract/program activities
- Interface with government personnel and formulate project feasibility studies
- Provide oversight and mentoring to Level IV Program Manager(s) by reviewing proposed plans and recommending changes
