Based at our client's project site in Baltimore, MD, you'll be responsible for managing our project team working alongside Owner’s staff, you’ll be responsible not only for the overall project delivery, but also for the management of the project development from conception through completion in accordance with program objectives. You’ll manage and provide project leadership, management and oversight of the large life sciences program and resolve complex project related issues, disputes, and disagreements. As the onsite Program Director, you’ll be responsible for ensuring not only the progress and technical performance of the project, but also the schedule, cost, scope, quality, and safety of the team.Your role keeps our company connected and we’ll support you with what you need to be successful. Here's what you'll need
- Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, or Architecture
- 20 years of project manager experience including Owner's Rep, design phase, project management of large Life Sciences and / or Healthcare capital programs of $500 million or more
- Strong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems / components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building
- Ability to work onsite during the week at client offices. Relocation assistance provided.Ideally, You’ll Also Have :
- Life Sciences and / or Healthcare facility capital program management experience of $1B or more
- Certified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license / certification preferred Posted Salary Range : Minimum
