This role will support the Product Manager in collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and organize product information including product management, purchasing, and marketing as well as others inside and outside the business.
The Product Support / QC Specialist will play a fundamental role in checking and ensuring the quality of all incoming materials and Finished Goods as well as production procedures and product documentation including SDS and Spec Sheets. You will be a firm advocate of quality in our business.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):
- Stay continuously aware of and adhere to all relevant safety regulations and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and organize product information including product management, purchasing, and marketing as well as others inside and outside the business.
- Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure product quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of product documentation management.
- Monitor production operations to ensure conformance to Fibre Glast specifications.
- Inspect work in progress, and finished products to ensure they meet Fibre Glast “First Quality” standards.
- Communicate the results of inspections to the Operations Leader and put forward corrective suggestions. Help drive activities that will eliminate waste and reduce rework.
- Document deficiencies and errors of products.
- Participate in quality audits and assist with the development of corrective actions as needed.
- Be an active member of the Internal Audit Team and assist the Operations Leader with all certification processes.
- Assist the Product Manager in Product onboarding process including light photography.
- Review and edit product documentation to ensure clarity and accuracy.
- Support other documentation-related tasks as needed.
- Management of items that are deemed to be non-conforming, managing the Non-Conforming Log, and preparing items for Clearance Corner or disposition.
- Ability to assist Marketing Manager in Shopify Activities
- Other tasks and responsibilities as needed including special projects.
- Supporting customers and teammates while having fun!

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of quality control procedures and results.

- Physically capable of performing tasks in all areas of Quality Control including tasks that may require lifting and moving heavy items of 51 pounds independently.
- Demonstrate the ability to help drive change through continuous learning and improvement.
JOB REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE:
- Onsite with flexible hours between 8am-6pm
- 2-3 years experience in quality control, inspections, record keeping or related fields.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and AS9120B Quality Management Systems is preferred.
- Six Sigma Certification a plus.
- High School Diploma
