Job Description
The Office Manager is critical to the daily operations of the agency. We are looking for a positive, high-energy, team player to join our team to provide real-time operational, administrative, and clerical support to the broad agency team. This position will support various office functions including (but not limited to): workload/task distribution, assisting customers, reporting, monitoring and maximizing team productivity, managing shared email inboxes, assisting customers with billing, onboarding, and service-related tasks, and various other assignments as needed.

Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Open/close agency for start of business daily
- Manage daily operational tasks in the agency
- Assist customers with service support and policy-related tasks (phone, email, in-person)
- Manage Social Media/Marketing across multiple platforms
- Provide policy processing and onboarding support for the agency
- Accountability: distribute customer service tasks to team and manage completion of work - holding team accountable
- Manage new hire recruiting, interviewing, setup, and onboarding processes
- Manage daily reporting and analysis to identify opportunities and proactive customer interactions
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License
- Self-motivated, extremely organized, and reliable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills trustworthy, accountable, operates with integrity
- Ability to effectively interact with customers, partners, vendors, and staff members
- Ability to motivate others, lead by example, and hold team members accountable
- Computer skills: expert with Social Media platforms (Tiktok, FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.), proficient with google docs/sheets, ability to quickly learn agency insurance/CRM systems, master at MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Previous successful experience in a fast-paced office environment (insurance agency experience is preferred)
- Ability to maintain highly confidential material and correspondence
