MISSION
Be responsible for ensuring, sustaining, improving, and coordinating Ficosa's Quality Management System.
GENERAL FUNCTIONS
- Maintain, Improving and Coordinating the Quality Management System (IATF16949:2016 ).
- Lead, and assist with conducting Internal and External Quality Management System Audits, identifying, documenting, and providing solutions for Non-Conformances, Corrective Actions & Preventive Actions.
- Coordinate the Control of all quality department related records and documentation.
- Participate and Lead in continuous improvement projects.
- Analyze quality data (ex. scrap, re-work, product and process capacities, etc.) and create the necessary synergies to work in the results continuous improvement.
- Suggest improvement activities as part of the annual Plant Quality Plan based on historical process issues, trends in quality data analysis, potential problems or future needs.
- Promote the standardization of the management system in Ficosa Cookeville.
- Develop and deploy an internal audit system to ensure management system is implemented and maintained.
- Serve as Ficosa liaison for third party registry (AENOR)
- Observe Ficosa’s Code of Ethics to avoid fraudulent practices. Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) applicable to the job, along with the training related thereto.
- Actively cooperate in maintaining, promoting and improving the OHSE and Quality department.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years in a similar position
Certifications:
- Certified Auditor
- VDA 6.3 Process Auditor
Other Qualifications
- Proven experience in quality control/assurance role
- Knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data
- Knowledge in quality or environmental systems .
- Knowledge in current legislation as IATF, automotive standards, VDA core tools, Customer Specific Standards and risk basic thinking.
