Minimum Requirements
- Current 2 years of current LTAC Nursing experience
- 1 years of Charge Nurse Experience
- Current PA RN License
- Current AHA BLS and AHA ACLS Certifications
- Drivers License
- EMR Experience (Include years of experience, and systems used)
- Final RTO or any scheduling requests
- Two Supervisory References from the past two years of employment
