What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fidelis Care Outreach Specialist position at Fidelis Care?
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing community outreach strategies to promote Fidelis Care's products and services. You will work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and will represent the company at external meetings and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, coordinate, collaborate and conduct events including meetings, presentations, activities, training, product orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, projects, etc.
- Develop and maintain business relationships and information that will result in opportunities to increase membership targets.
- Represent the department at internal and external meetings including vendor reporting, departmental, cross-functional, community, provider, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field required.
3 years sales/marketing experience preferably with government products required.
Health insurance or managed care experience preferred.
