We are on the lookout for a Sales Executive / Business Development Specialist with a successful track record in ERP Staffing Solutions, particularly in SAP . Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with CXO and VP-level executives in Fortune 1000 companies to secure contracts.
  • Utilize a consultative sales approach to align Fidelis' staffing services with clients' most pressing needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, identifying and delivering tailored staffing solutions to address their unique business challenges.
  • Generate new business growth by securing appointments, presenting, and selling to C-level leaders and key decision-makers.
  • Consistently meet and exceed established sales performance quotas.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in ERP Software, business development, or account management within staffing , specifically focusing on contract roles.
  • Demonstrated success in generating over $300K in split-adjusted GP within the past year.
  • Experience in a candidate-centric staffing model (e.g., similar to Oxford).
  • Clear understanding of recruitment processes, including average bill / pay rates, margins, and frequently filled roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, possessing a professional and executive demeanor.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Bullhorn or comparable applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Strong follow-up abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
