What you’ll bring to the table:
- 4 years of high-volume payroll processing experience.
- 5 years of administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of payroll principles, laws, and compliance (including calculating federal, state, and local taxes).
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Fundamental Payroll Certification or associate’s degree.
- Familiarity with fringe benefits, certified payroll reporting, and scale rates.
- Experience with Great Plains (GP) software.
- Accurately process weekly and biweekly payroll for 300 Team Members.
- Run and audit payroll reports, identify discrepancies, and provide post-payroll processing and reporting.
- Maintain accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and other changes (such as direct deposit and tax updates).
- Track and report payroll history, while posting payroll costs to job-related accounting.
- Work closely with department managers and team members to ensure payroll accuracy, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure smooth operations.

- Competitive Salary: Base Pay - $65k to $75k - Commensurate with experience. This range represents a general guideline; however, several factors are considered when determining base pay offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions. We offer a compensation package that reflects your skills and experience.
