The Role 

The Fidelity Associate is at the center of all we do in Digital Workplace. Our primary focus is to ensure Fidelity associates have an integrated and engaging digital experience and adopt any new technologies that are designed to create efficiency in the way they work. In this role, you will navigate changes to business processes, systems, and technology, ensuring smooth transitions for associates. By applying a structured methodology, you’ll create and execute change management strategies that maximize adoption while minimizing resistance. Additionally, you will assist with associate engagement, organizational change management, strategic planning, and the development of technical change management communications. 

 

Your responsibilities include providing strategic consultation and leading the deployment of large-scale technical product rollouts. This involves building digital strategy and shaping change management approaches as well as leading the positioning and messaging of communications. Additionally, you will develop strategies to accelerate adoption, enhance utilization, and improve proficiency in using Enterprise Technology products. By building associate personas and journey maps, you’ll assess the impact of change and identify risk mitigation tactics. Drafting, advising, and reviewing content for organizational change management communications and product updates will be part of your role. You’ll also provide technical consultation on executive presentations and guide messaging across various communication channels. Anticipating organizational challenges and resistance, you’ll create risk mitigation plans and establish technical standards for organizational change management.  

 

The Expertise & Skills You Bring 

  • College degree required, MBA a plus 

  • Experience or certification in deployment of large-scale technical product rollouts and change management 

  • 3 plus years of experience in digital strategy and process improvement involving technology 

  • Exceptional writing, storytelling, and verbal communication skills specifically for technical change management. 

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to propose and implement effective solutions to technical issues. 

  • Experience building and revising SharePoint content, Content Management Tools (CMT), and PowerPoint 

  • Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously while effectively collaborating with colleagues. 

  • Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple priorities under tight deadlines. 

  • Strong business acumen with an understanding of organizational complexity and technology-related challenges. 

  • Experience leading teams through technology changes and inspiring associates to adopt new ways of working 

  • Comfortable navigating a corporate environment, adept at gathering necessary information and technical requirements, and sensitive to cultural nuances 

  • Proven ability to work with all levels of the organization, especially with senior leaders, to champion and apply best practices 

  • Familiarity with agile methodology, product management, and phases of the product lifecycle and implementation 

  • Excellent consultation, communication, and coaching skills

Fidelity's working model blends the best of working offsite with maximizing time together in person to meet associate and business needs. Currently, most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of one assigned week per four-week period (beginning in September 2024, the requirement will be two full assigned weeks).
