The Team
Do you want to be part of a team focused on developing Next-Gen Risk Assessment & Testing capabilities? Do you want to leverage the use of technology and data analytics to optimize performance, enable compliance, enhance risk management practices, and modernize the execution of risk assessments and control testing? The Risk Assessment and Testing Center of Excellence (CoE) is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team. You will help drive efficiencies in the testing of key compliance programs supporting multiple business units by identifying innovative use cases for utilizing data analytics and automation. You will personify the Fidelity Leadership Principle of ‘Thinks and Works across Fidelity’ by collaborating with multiple Risk and Compliance groups, Operations personnel, Data Analytics, and IT teams.
The CoE has set standards for performing risk assessments & controls testing and assessing the adequacy and effectiveness of controls, compliance, and governance processes. The Risk Analyst is responsible for the timely execution of risk assessments, including the identification of key risks, evaluation of control design and operating effectiveness, and accurate and detailed documentation of test results. The Risk Analyst plays a key role in supporting team initiatives.
