Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Risk Assessment and Testing Center of Excellence as a Senior Risk Manager, Alternative Investments. In this role, you will be responsible for driving efficiencies in testing controls supporting multiple compliance programs by minimizing redundancy and identifying innovative use cases for leveraging testing.
You will work closely with Business Units, Risk, and Compliance groups to maintain relationships with senior business leaders, execute high-quality risk assessments, test controls, identify and mitigate key risks, report key performance indicators, and drive innovation.
This position requires a deep understanding of regulatory requirements applicable to registered investment advisers and registered investment companies. A background in alternative investment products, such as direct lending, crypto, and real estate, is preferred. Knowledge of investment management practices and strategies, particularly within the alternative or digital assets space, is a plus.
As a Senior Risk Manager, Alternative Investments, you will be responsible for:
