Job Description : The Role
As a Communication Analyst, you will support the tactical elements of communication based on strategic direction from the Stock Plan Services (SPS) Operations Team lead and the Communications Plan Service team. You will support both the development and execution of the communication pieces. You are responsible for developing and following operational procedures to support the SPS business strategy and vision. The Communication Analyst role plays a meaningful role in the execution of our Communication and Education (C&E) offering.
In collaboration with the Senior Communications Managers, you will be part of a team that delivers outstanding communication service to our SPS clients. Passionate about execution, you will support the Communication and Education offering.Supporting projects based on strategic direction from the Operations team Lead and Communications Plan Services team (Communication Managers & CPS Team Lead)Knowledge of Fidelity's services and communication offeringSolid understanding of communication process, operational and system requirementsCoordinating the tactical elements of the communications creation and execution processes.Ensuring the delivery of accurate and on time communications through the utilization of various systems through various mediums-electronic, print, and online.Contributing to ongoing process improvement initiativesThe Expertise and Skills You Bring
Bachelor's degree or proven relevant experienceOperations, and / or Project management experience requiredFinancial services or Equity Compensation industry experience preferredDemonstrate a high level of accuracy / attention to detail and the ability to prioritize in a changing environmentBuild rapport and credibility and foster positive relationships with teammates and internal business partnersDemonstrate teamwork and cooperation in support of achievement of organizational objectives and goalsAbility to embrace change, anticipate the impact and redirect self by efficiently shifting gears with minimum supervisionExperience using multiple software / tools. Including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and a variety of proprietary systems
