Main Responsibilities:
Implement and support various IT systems, including network infrastructure, server hardware, and storage devices.
Assist in the installation, support, and decommissioning of IT equipment, including cabling and labeling of servers.
Manage physical layer telecom connectivity and structured cable plant design.
Collaborate with critical EI partners and facility engineering to ensure timely delivery of IT equipment and infrastructure.
Skills and Qualifications:
High School Diploma/2 Years of College
4 years data center support experience
Extensive knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, WAN, LAN, SAN, voice technologies
Ability to use telecommunications test equipment, specifically Fluke network testers, Network analyzers, carrier circuit test gear, and cable media testers.
