About Us
FIDELITY MANUFACTURING is part of the backup Power Generation Industry. We design and build back up power packages (to include tanks and enclosures) for large and small health, industrial, and technology-oriented businesses that cannot have a power lapse at any time.
Job Summary
The Combi-Lift/Straddle Carrier Operator is responsible for preparing and moving tanks and enclosures for generator assembly.
Training and Certification
- Completion of any required training and certification programs for combi-lift or straddle carrier operators.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
Requirements
- Background check and pre-employment drug screening required.
- Previous experience with rigging and/or operating overhead crane.
- Outdoor work environment, often exposed to various weather conditions.
- Display being detail oriented eye/hand coordination.
- Ability to solve basic mathematical equations
- Basic understanding of mechanical systems and equipment operation
- Physically demanding job requiring strength, agility, and stamina.
Please note: All employees must also be able to work in a warehouse setting that includes exposure to noise, all weather conditions, small levels of airborne particles and occasionally lift more than 50-75lbs. Safety training and equipment are provided by MPP in accordance with applicable law, industry standards, and company policy.
