Maintenance Technician
We are looking for the perfect candidate to expand our team!
Applicants should be:
- Able to work with computers and maintenance software.
- Able to follow through on work assignments manual and automated.
- Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and communication skills.
- Display situational awareness of surroundings, risk, and hazards.
- Be self-motivated.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours.
- Must satisfactorily pass a drug and alcohol test and a background check.

- Maintain and repair of the multiple facility buildings, grounds and industrial
Equipment/Machinery Used
Standard tools, ladders, machinery and safety equipment
Essential Job Functions
- Performance of routine inspections, scheduled maintenance, and repair of facility grounds, buildings, and equipment.
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair of equipment related to welding, metal fabrication, paint, pneumatics, hydraulics, CNC and an emphasis on electrical dealing with voltages from 120/240V to 277/480V 3 phase.
- Continuous modification, improvement and maintenance of facilities including electrical, lighting, HVAC, plumbing, office furniture, construction, etc.
- Knowledge of Fidelity’s safety program, standards and willingness to use required protective clothing/equipment.
- Meet agreed upon goals and objectives in a timely manner.
- Arrive to work, meetings, appointments, and other work-related functions as scheduled and on time.
- Interact with organizational team members and other departments in a professional manner.
Education and Experience:
- Two to four years related experience and/or training in the industry.
Required Qualifications/Training:
- Standard company training and qualifications
Please note: All employees must also be able to work in a warehouse setting that includes
exposure to noise, all weather conditions, small levels of airborne particles and occasionally lift
more than 50-75lbs. Safety training and PPE are provided in accordance with applicable law,
industry standards, and company policy.
