Qualified Candidates:
- Excellent people and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- 2 years in a sales position
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Help families with compassion and escalate to the cemetery sales manager as appropriate
- Follow sales initiatives and work with fellow team members to achieve goals
Job Type: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Pay: When meeting sales goals, counselors are expected to earn between $60,000.00-$100,000 per year. Pay is hourly ($12.50) plus commissions.
Schedule: Monday to Friday with weekend rotations
License/Certification: Clean background to obtain cemetery sales license (GA)
