Job Description: Answer phones Greet customers
Manage high volume inbox. Review purchase and sale agreement for transaction details Review Title report for vesting, liens, and terms of the transaction Order payoffs, liens, utilities, per the terms of the purchase and sale agreement
Communicates to clients what is needed to complete their closing Prepare complete and accurate funding package to lenders
Softpro experience a plus
