What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Administrator position at Fidelity National Title?
This is a full-time position with the opportunity to play a significant support role in the closing of both residential and commercial real estate transactions, while handling most of the administrative duties associated with running a busy real estate office.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage incoming phone calls and visitors
- Open all new files for upcoming closings and order title searches. Gather owner's policies as needed from seller or other title agencies
- Learn parts of underwriting and closing processes so you can grow into other roles in the office
- Review, save, and provide title searches for typing
- Update and maintain active insurance policies for affiliated contractors.
- Coordinate all incoming and outgoing US and Overnight mail and deliveries
- Order Mortgage Payoffs and Ohio Attorney General payoffs for state tax and other judgments
- Ensure all necessary documentation is saved within the database before final policies
- Complete necessary title updates for construction loans
- Order office supplies
- Assist in-house attorneys and staff with other tasks as necessary
