- Estimate Pay : $58.00 to $61.65 / hour
W orking Hours :
Work is typically scheduled from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m ., Monday through Friday. The working position is Hybrid - On Site and Telework. While the schedule may need to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week or 1550 hours total. The contractor may be occasionally called upon for after-hours as needed.
Su mmary :
The Enterprise Architect III Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes. Investigates problem areas. Prepares and installs solutions by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming.
Mandatory Qualifications
At least 8 years Hands-on experience in Front End / UI development, enhancing and maintaining enterprise-class applications using Angular and / or similar frameworks on the J2EE application development platformAt least 8 years Hands-on experience participating in all phases of the SDLC (Systems Development Life Cycle)At least 8 years Hands-on UI development experience implementing Authentication and Authorization, Caching strategiesAt least 8 years Hands-on programming experience in following languages : HTML5, JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX, CSS3, Bootstrap, SASS, Angular, Typescript, JSON, XML, ES5 / ES6, NPM, Maven and / or other UI frameworks / libraries.At least 8 years Demonstrable experience developing, optimizing, and maintaining an enterprise-level Front End / UI application including complete ownership of the front-end stack (JavaScript / HTML / CSS, Angular and / or other UI frameworks).At least 8 years Experience implementing Client-facing applications with responsive design and developmentAt least 8 years Experience implementing SPAs with JS or with libraries / frameworks like AngularAt least 8 years Experience in development of self-contained, reusable, and testable modules and componentsAt least 8 years Strong understanding and experience of fundamental programming concepts of data structures, algorithms, performance, caching and scalability issues in the context of Web based UI applicationsAt least 8 years Experience in developing and testing application user interface for ADA / Accessibility ComplianceAt least 8 years Experience in implementing best practices in the areas of application design, performance, scalability and maintainability.At least 8 years Experience in Test-driven development and test creation using frameworks such as Karma, Jasmine, SeleniumPreferred Qualifications

Performs front-end / UI application development, enhancement, maintenance, and support for Social Services User Interface applications.Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.Participates in requirements analysis, high-level and detailed design, development, testing, and deployment of new application components as a team member.Analyzes UI frameworks and libraries for configuration and performance tuning opportunities.Develops, enhances, and maintains existing and new web-based J2EE / Portal applications within HHSCs SOA (Service-Oriented Architecture) platform using Agile methodologies.Creates technical and design documentation as required.Performs system analysis and problem resolution.Develops and maintains data and process models.Employs contemporary testing methods to ensure applications function properly and without error.Provides technical support for testing and implementation efforts.Participates in program design, coding, and test walk-through meetings to provide input regarding technical standards and customer requirements.Provides application support (defect repair, maintenance, and production operations support) for web-based Java applications in an SOA platform. Performs system analysis, troubleshooting, diagnosis, and problem resolution. Analyzes software for defects and performance tuning opportunities.
