Su mmary :
An experienced System Analyst with expertise in public higher education administration information technology issues. The analyst will handle various responsibilities within the Information Technology department.
Required Education :
Bachelor's Degree : Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.Preferred Certifications :
CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF )Certified Information Systems Analyst (CISA)Project Management Professional (PMP)Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)Microsoft Certified : Azure Solutions Architect ExpertPreferred Qualifications :
Experience : Proven experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role is highly valuedTechnical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., SQL, Java, Python) and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC)Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to evaluate and design efficient systemsCommunication Skills : Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and IT teamsProject Management : Experience with project management methodologies and toolsKnowledge of IT Infrastructure : Understanding of system architecture, databases, and IT infrastructureContinuous Learning : Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trendsRoles / Responsibilities :
Project Management Support : Provide project management support for TSU's Jaggaer implementation.Ongoing Support and Maintenance : Offer ongoing support and maintenance of Jaggaer, including workflows.Training Management : Manage and oversee training for Banner Finance and Jaggaer.Queue Maintenance : Maintain and support all existing queues used outside of procurement.Module Support : Support all Banner Finance related modules.Year-End Process Review : Review and revise the year-end closing process schedule with approval from all affected areas, including HR.Upgrade and Testing Support : Assist the OIT team with upgrades, testing, and vendor support as needed.Industry Knowledge : Stay knowledgeable on industry changes and provide recommended system enhancements accordingly.COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
